2A:34-13 Matrimonial or civil union action. 2A:34-13. Matrimonial or civil union action. A person who has attained the age of 16 years may prosecute or defend any matrimonial or civil union action in person or by attorney. Amended 1988, c.153, s.1; 2006, c.103, s.73.
