2A:42-109 Rights of person with disabilities. 7. Nothing in this act shall impair the rights of a person with disabilities to own, harbor or care for a domesticated animal, including guide dogs and service dogs, in accordance with the 'Law Against Discrimination,' P.L.1945, c.169 (C.10:5-1 et seq.).
