2A:42A-7. Liability for dangerous condition This act shall not limit the liability which would otherwise exist for willful or malicious failure to guard, or to warn against, a dangerous condition, use, structure or activity. L. 1985, c. 431, s. 2, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
