2A:44-146. Action on bond; limitation 2A:44-146. If the indebtedness due to any person as shown by the statement required to be filed by N.J.S.2A:44-145 shall not be paid in full at the expiration of 90 days from the date of notice of the amount due to the person, such person shall, within one year from the last date that work was performed or materials were supplied by that person, bring an action in his own name upon the bond required by this article.
