2A:44-190. Issuance of warehouse receipt, bill of lading, or other document of title; application of act If an owner issues a warehouse receipt, a bill of lading, or other document of title for the personal property stored at the self-service storage facility, the owner and the occupant shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 7 of Title 12A of the New Jersey Statutes and the provisions of this act shall not apply.
