Nothing in this act shall be construed to require the enforcement of any foreign judgment which is based on a consumer loan containing any provision prohibited by the provisions of the 'New Jersey Consumer Finance Licensing Act,' sections 1 through 49 of P.L.1996, c.157 (C.17:11C-1 et seq.).
