2A:50-42. Sale on foreclosure for unpaid interest subject to lien of mortgage The sale of the mortgaged premises under a foreclosure judgment under authority of sections 2A:50-40 and 2A:50-41 of this title shall be specifically made subject to the lien of the mortgage in the full principal sum then due thereon and the interest on the principal sum from the date of the judgment.
