2A:50-45. Sale on foreclosure for unpaid installment of principal subject to lien of mortgage The sale of the mortgaged premises under a foreclosure judgment entered under authority of sections 2A:50-43 and 2A:50-44 of this title shall be specifically made subject to the lien of the mortgage in the principal sum remaining due thereon as specified in the judgment, and interest on such principal sum from the date of the judgment.
