2A:53A-47 Liability for non-compliance. 5. a. Nothing in section 4 of this act shall prevent or limit the liability of an owner who fails to post and maintain the warning signs required pursuant to section 6 of this act. b. Nothing in section 4 of this act shall prevent or limit the liability of an owner who fails to provide protection for spectators in the most dangerous sections of the stands.
