2A:62A-28 Definitions relative to placement of automated external defibrillators in State buildings. 1. As used in this act: 'Automated external defibrillator' means an automated external defibrillator as defined in section 2 of P.L.1999, c.34 (C.2A:62A-24). 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services. 'State building' means a building or portion of a building that is owned, leased or operated by a State agency. L.2001,c.375,s.1.
