2A:68-12.1. Tenure right, right of protection Persons employed on the effective date of this act pursuant to N.J.S.2A:68-12, which is being repealed in accordance with section 14 of this act, shall not be deprived of any tenure right or any right of protection provided by Title 11A of the New Jersey Statutes or any pension law or retirement system.
