2A:81-17.2a4. Removal proceedings If any public employee has subjected himself to removal as provided in section 2 or section 4 of this act, a proceeding may be instituted to effect such removal in the Superior Court by the Attorney General or a county prosecutor of this State by proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ.
