2A:84A-16.1. Dolls as testimonial aids In prosecutions for those crimes described in sections 2C:14-2, 2C:14-3 and 2C:24-4 of the New Jersey Statutes, where the complaining witness is a child under the age of 16, the court shall permit the use of anatomically correct dolls, models or similar items of either or both sexes to assist the child's testimony.
