§ 2c-28-5-4

2C:28-5.4. Standard for issuance No order may be issued under this act unless the court's findings are made upon a preponderance of evidence adduced at a hearing. The rules of evidence shall not be applicable to any such hearing. L. 1985, c. 250, s. 4, eff. July 31, 1985.
