2C:35A-5. Revocation or Reduction of Penalty Assessment. 2C:35-A-5. Revocation or reduction of penalty assessment. The court shall not revoke or reduce a penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter except in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.2C:35-12.
