2C:36-9. Pending Cases Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, the provisions of P.L. 1970, c. 226 (C. 24:21-1 et seq.) shall remain in full force and effect as to any offense committed prior to the effective date of this act. L. 1987, c. 106, s. 2.
