2C:43-6.7 Effective date; applicability. 7. This act shall take effect on the 60th day following enactment and shall apply to any person who commits an offense subject to sentencing under section 1 of this act after the effective date of this act and to any person who is under probation or parole supervision, including community or parole supervision for life, on the effective date of this act.
