2C:46-1.2. Rules, regulations 3. a. The Supreme Court of New Jersey may issue Rules of Court to effectuate the purposes of this act. b. The Commissioner of the Department of Corrections shall promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedures Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
