2C:5-7. Key to lock in or on real property owned or leased by state Any person who knowingly uses, distributes, manufactures, duplicates or possesses a key designed to be used in a lock in or on real property owned or leased by the State without conforming to the rules and regulations established according to section 2 of this act is guilty of a disorderly persons offense.
