2C:58-4.9 Severability. 11. The provisions of P.L.2022, c.131 (C.2C:58-4.2 et al.) are severable; if any provision, or application of any provision, of this amendatory and supplementary act is held invalid by any court, the holding or judgment shall not affect the remaining provisions or applications of the provisions thereof.L.2022, c.131, s.11.
