30:1-10.2. Teacher's certificate; issuance by State Board of Examiners The State Board of Examiners shall, upon the application of a teacher employed in such a school, issue a teacher's certificate under the same procedures and regulations as prescribed for the issuance of certificates to teachers employed in the public schools; provided, such application is approved by the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies.
