30:1-25. Transfer of functions, powers and duties of department of education and state board of education pursuant to child care centers and child development centers to department of institutions and agencies The functions, powers and duties of the Department of Education and the State Board of Education in connection with Child Care Centers pursuant to chapter 70 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes and early Child Development Centers pursuant to P.L.1971, c. 149 (C. 18A:6-79 et seq.) are hereby transferred to the Department of Institutions and Agencies.
