§ 30-1b-20

30:1B-20. References to division of correction and parole or commissioner or department of institutions and agencies to mean department or commissioner of corrections With respect to the functions, powers and duties hereby transferred to the Department of Corrections, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Division of Correction and Parole within the Department of Institutions and Agencies or to the Department of Institutions and Agencies with respect to correctional institutions as defined herein, or to the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies with respect to correctional institutions as defined herein, the same shall mean and refer to the Department of Corrections and the Commissioner of Corrections, respectively.
