30:4B-1. Division of Economic Assistance The Commissioner of Human Services may, in accordance with R.S.30:1-9, establish a Division of Economic Assistance. The division shall consist of personnel, bureaus, agencies and other administrative units as the Commissioner of Human Services may, from time to time, establish therein.
