30:4B-2. Functions, powers, duties All functions, powers and duties relating to public assistance and welfare services, assigned to it by the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, shall be administered through the Division of Economic Assistance, together with other related functions and duties the Commissioner of Human Services may, from time to time, find appropriate to be administered through the division.
