30:4C-2.3 Provision of services to certain individuals aged 18 to 21. 3. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Department of Children and Families shall provide services to individuals who are between 18 and 21 years of age and meet the following conditions: a. The individual was receiving services from the department, on or after the individual's 16th birthday; b. The individual, on or after the individual's 18th birthday, has not refused or requested that these services be terminated, as applicable; and c. The commissioner determines that a continuation of services would be in the individual's best interest and would assist the individual to become an independent and productive adult.
