30:4C-26.2 Child care shelters; establishment, maintenance. 2. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency, shall establish and maintain, within the limits of available appropriations, child care shelters in numbers and at locations throughout the State as the Commissioner of Children and Families shall deem to be necessary.
