30:4C-4.3. Copies of rules and regulations; certification of consent and approval The Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies shall cause a copy of every rule or regulation and a certification of every consent and approval issued or granted by the State Board of Control of Institutions and Agencies or the Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies pursuant to the provisions of this act to be given to the Attorney General and to the Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Department of Institutions and Agencies.
