30:4C-7 Issuance of certain certificates free of charge. 7. All birth, death, and marriage certificates which may be required under the provisions of P.L.1951, c.138 (C.30:4C-1 et seq.), or under any rule or regulation issued by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, shall be issued free of charge upon the order of the division.
