30:4D-17.12. Nursing Home Preadmission Screening Program The commissioner shall establish a Nursing Home Preadmission Screening Program in the division, which shall be operational to serve each county in the State no later than one year after the effective date of this act. The commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioners of the Departments of Health and Community Affairs, and with other agencies of State government, as appropriate, shall develop standards for preadmission screening.
