30:4D-17.30 Waiver of federal requirements. 8. The Commissioner of Human Service shall apply to the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for any waiver of federal requirements, or for any State plan amendments or home and community-based services waiver amendments, which may be necessary to obtain federal financial participation for State Medicaid expenditures in order to effectuate the purposes of this act.
