30:4D-17.7. $13 million contingency account There is appropriated $13,000,000.00 from the General Fund to the Department of Human Services. These funds are to be deposited in a newly established contingency account within the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. No funds shall be expended without the submission of adequate documentation as to the need for these funds to effect the purpose of this act and without the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting who shall consult with the Legislative Budget Officer prior to authorizing expenditures.
