30:4D-17.8. Posting, distribution of law Each skilled nursing facility and intermediate care facility shall post a statement of the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act that apply to that facility in a prominent place in the facility, and a copy of the statement shall be given to each person who applies for admission, at the time of application.
