30:4D-17.9. Annual report The Commissioner of Human Services shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislature on the effect of the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act on reducing the shortage of skilled nursing and intermediate care facility bed space for Medicaid recipients, the status of the availability of bed space throughout the State and whether any additional admission requirements are necessary to ensure an adequate number of skilled nursing and intermediate care facility beds for Medicaid eligible persons.
