30:4D-29. List of maximum quantity of drug to be dispensed per prescription Within 6 months after the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall, after consultation with the Drug Utilization Review Council and other authorities, prepare a list stating, for each prescribed drug, the maximum quantity which may be dispensed per prescription.
