30:4D-6.6. Rules and regulations; application of Medical Assistance and Health Services Act a. After consulting with the Commissioner of Human Services, the Commissioner of Health is authorized and empowered to adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out his functions and duties under this act and to effectuate its purposes. b. The provisions of the 'New Jersey Medical Assistance and Health Services Act' and all rules, regulations and administrative orders issued thereunder shall apply, where applicable.
