30:4D-7e. Rules, regulations 38. The Commissioner of Human Services shall, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 9, 11 and 12 of this act as they relate to payments from the Health Care Subsidy Fund to disproportionate share hospitals.
