30:4D-7w Application by commissioner, approval prior to collection of fee. 6. The Commissioner of Human Services shall apply for such State plan amendments or waivers as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this act and to secure federal financial participation for State Medicaid expenditures under the federal Medicaid program, and shall receive approval for such State plan amendments or waivers prior to collection of a fee authorized pursuant to subsection c. of section 3 of this act.
