30:4J-11.1 Application for waiver. 5. The Commissioner of Human Services shall apply for such waivers as may be necessary to implement the provisions of section 4 of P.L.2005, c.156 (C.30:4J-11) and to secure federal financial participation for NJ FamilyCare expenditures under the State Children's Health Insurance Program pursuant to 42 U.S.C.s.1397aa et seq. L.2008, c.38, s.5.
