30:4J-16 Rules, regulations. 16. The commissioner, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. The rules and regulations shall provide for a transition from enrollment in the NJ FamilyCare program to the Medicaid program of parents or caretaker relatives who become eligible for Medicaid in 2006 as a result of the changes in the Medicaid income eligibility levels provided for in this act.
