30:5B-6.16 Pending criminal charges notification. 7. If a child care center owner or sponsor has knowledge that a staff member has criminal charges pending against the staff member, the owner or sponsor shall promptly notify the department to determine whether any action concerning the staff member is necessary in order to ensure the safety of the children who attend the center.
