30:6D-29. References to Division of Mental Retardation With respect to the functions, powers and duties hereby transferred to the Division of Developmental Disabilities, whenever reference is made in any law, contract or document to the Division of Mental Retardation or to the director thereof, the same shall mean and refer to the Division of Developmental Disabilities and the Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities, respectively.
