30:6D-32.11 Report to Governor, Legislature. 6. The department shall report to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), two years after the effective date of this act as to: the progress of the data collection and reporting required pursuant to this act; and the viability of including additional data within its data collection and reporting practices.
