30:6D-32.7 Definitions relative to services for persons with developmental disabilities. 2. As used in this act: 'Department' means the Department of Human Services. 'Division' means the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Human Services. 'Eligible person with a developmental disability' or 'eligible person' means an eligible person with a developmental disability as defined in section 3 of P.L.1985, c.145 (C.30:6D-25). 'Services' means services as defined in section 3 of P.L.1985, c.145 (C.30:6D-25). L.2011, c.163, s.2.
