30:6E-3 Office of Disability Services. 3. a. There is established an Office of Disability Services in the Department of Human Services. b. The office shall not subsume within it any other office, commission or other agency of State government, nor shall funds appropriated for the operation of any other office, commission or other agency of State government be expended for the establishment or operation of the Office of Disability Services.
