30:11-22. Nursing home administrator defined As used in this act, the term 'nursing home administrator' means any individual who is charged with the general administration or supervision of a nursing home or convalescent home whether or not such individual has an ownership interest in such home and whether or not his function or duties are shared with one or more other individuals.
