30:13-14. Requirements of testing program The testing program established pursuant to this act shall be subject to the same requirements as the existing tuberculosis examination program for employees of general hospitals and special hospitals established by the State Department of Health pursuant to the authority granted by P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-1 et seq.).
