30:4-123.55a. State Parole Board notification to prosecutor 4. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the State Parole Board shall provide in writing to the prosecutor of: (1) Notice of consideration of parole release required to be provided to victims by the State Parole Board pursuant to provisions of P.L.1979, c.441 (C.30:4-123.45 et seq.); and (2) Notice of the filing by an inmate of any application for commutation of sentence filed pursuant to N.J.S. 2A:167-4 and its disposition.
