30:4-165.16. Rules The commissioner shall adopt pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) such rules as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this amendatory and supplementary act. L. 1985, c. 133, s. 11.
