Application for voluntary admission Application for voluntary admission shall be made upon forms prescribed by the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies, with the approval of the superintendent and in exactly the same manner with regard to legal settlement, indigency and rate of payment of maintenance as is provided in Revised Statutes 30:4-46, 30:4-47 and 30:4-48.
